3D PC game in the style of an escape room, set in the 90s, where the player controls Lynn, a young hacker from a secret organization that sets the rules of the game to ensure peace and order in the world. The Writers is a non-traditional escape room, as the goal is not to escape from the location, but to hack the targets indicated by the organization. At no point will the player leave the protagonist’s house; everything is resolved there.

The role of a hacker lends itself to staying in closed, isolated spaces with little interaction with others, making it a perfect fit with the idea of not escaping the house.
